Pool and Sundeck
The coolest place to be during the heat of the summer! Our expansive sundeck is a great place to catch the rays to visit with friends under one of the large umbrellas. (Our pool overlooks a full size basketball court & sand volleyball court.)

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and offers the best in exercise equipment: 4 treadmills, 3 elliptical machines, a universal weight system, and free weights. There’s also lots of space for stretching and aerobic exercise.

Business Center
Equipped with computers, copier, and printer, our state-of-the-art business center is open 24 hours a day and offers individual work stations that are perfect for private research & study.

Tanning Beds
Tanning beds are available to our residents 24 hours a day! We have 2 stand-up SunDome tanning booths, specially designed to place you at the center of tanning intensity so that your body is evenly showered with all-over bronzing power.

Basketball and Volleyball Courts
Overlooked by the pool these full size courts are perfect for pick-up games with friends or for personal practice.

Living Room
Each spacious living area is furnished with a bar area with stools, cushioned chair, couch, coffee table, end table, and entertainment center. Residents will also enjoy a large, private balcony/patio area with locking storage room.

Kitchen
The sizeable kitchen features expansive counters and abundant cabinet space as well as modern appliances: refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and extra capacity washer and dyer.

Bedroom 1 w/ bath
Each bedroom has a private bath and is furnished with a full bed, four drawer dresser, built in shelves and desk with a desk chair. Our large closet provides plenty of storage. Each bedroom is wired for internet, cable, and telephone and has a ceiling fan with overhead light.
